Stephenson Halliday has been engaged to assist Energiekontor in fighting their appeal against the failure of Fife council to determine their application at Auchtermuchty. The proposal at Auchtermuchty was for five wind turbines and was submitted in July 2006. By March 2007 there had still been no decision on the application and Energiekontor decided to appeal against non-determination. The appeal will be dealt with by public inquiry later this year and Stephenson Halliday will be presenting landscape and planning evidence.
