Closing statements at the Public Inquiry for the wind farm near Auchtermuchty in Fife will be heard today. Ken Halliday appeared as the Expert Witness for Landscape and Visual Amenity and Nick Edwards appeared as the Planning Expert Witness on behalf of Energiekontor UK, the developer for the site.
