Stephenson Halliday has the capability to work closely with associated professionals on design teams for both large and small scale housing developments.   The practice has contributed to the planning of layouts, and carried out the detailed design of public and private external spaces.   The preparation of masterplans and assessment of landscape and visual impacts of residential developments has formed a significant part of our workload over recent years.

The practice aims to design distinctive, sustainable residential landscapes which contribute positively to the quality of life experienced by their inhabitants, and which fulfil the development objectives of both corporate and individual clients.
