Dalscone housing development, Dumfries

Stephenson Halliday assisted Border Homes in negotiations with Dumfries and Galloway Council by preparing visualisations illustrating the extent of the proposed housing when viewed from the Dumfries bypass. The design of tree planting to the road verges, woodlands and play area, in consultation with Dumfries and Galloway Council, completed the commission.
