Stephenson Halliday prepared landscape design and construction drawings for the redevelopment of Lucker Hall, near Bamburgh, Northumberland for the Holiday Property Bond. The project involved the redevelopment of the old hall and stable block into accommodation and leisure facilities for Bondholders. The landscape plans included detailed designs for both communal lawn areas and private spaces for self-catering apartments and cottages. A key part of the landscape design involved the restoration of the Grade II listed walled garden, home to a Dovecote and portico entrance, and the re-use of stone and historic features from existing buildings.
The site, which is currently derelict, is due to be transformed by 2016.
