Residential planning approval

Details & Location

Motherwell, Lanarkshire

Providing a rapid response to address unforeseen issues to secure timely planning approval for single residential dwelling

Stephenson Halliday were delighted to have secured the grant of planning permission in principle for a single dwelling unit in Motherwell.

This example highlights our ability to rapidly address issues and constraints that were not perceived by the applicant to have been a problem when we were first approached but which emerged through the planning work.

In this case these potential issues included land ownership, trees and protected species. We were able to address all matters quickly and efficiently and secured unanimous approval at planning committee.
