Stephenson Halliday are delighted with the granting of outline planning permission via a Section 78 Appeal for residential development to a maximum of 30 dwellings at the S J Bargh Ltd former haulage depot, Caton.  Stephenson Halliday carried out the landscape and visual appraisal for the proposed development, which is located within the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
