Commercial & Industry

The business world continues to have to respond to changing competition, technology and space requirements. Our workload supporting such projects is equally diverse and ranges from supporting planning applications for individual retail and high street businesses through to substantial industrial warehousing, office developments, hotel and leisure complexes and industrial development. We provide honest appraisals of site potential including for change of use to residential and can help you position and promote sites through the plan allocation process.

Our team co-ordinate and prepare all necessary submissions for outline or full planning applications, certificates of lawfulness etc and are able to co-ordinate all necessary environmental studies appraisals and EIA where required. We create landscape designs to provide distinguishing character and sense of place or to provide effective screening for new developments. We respond to each sites unique context by defining clear and deliverable landscape, open space and green infrastructure recommendations.

The following projects provide a snapshot overview of the range of projects we have worked on but cannot cover every example.
