Landscape Expert Witness

Our Directors and Principals are highly experienced in serving as landscape expert witness for planning appeal inquiries and hearings. They have presented expert evidence on landscape and visual impact assessment matters on behalf of developers, local planning authorities and local groups. This involves the preparation of proofs of evidence, attending legal briefings, agreeing Statements of Common Ground and answering questions under cross-examination. We have also been involved in representing clients in complex High Court cases. Particular expertise is offered in Public Inquiries relating to minerals, housing, wind energy and other commercial development. Our landscape expert witness evidence is supported by the highest quality of graphic material including technically robust and accurate visualisation.

The following projects provide a snapshot overview of the range of projects we have worked on but cannot cover every example.
