Applications and Stakeholder & Community Engagement

Our clients benefit from an experienced and knowledgeable team with working relationships with local planning authorities across the country. We provide a complete planning application service, taking projects from initial inception through to preparation of all application documents. We can help whether your project requires just a very simple planning application or is more complex and requires the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment or the coordination of multidisciplinary teams and applications to multiple consenting regimes.

Effective stakeholder and community engagement can make a substantial difference to the passage of a planning application through the planning process but also, importantly, to the quality of the final development and its acceptance by the community. Drawing on our depth of experience, we can advise you and deliver an engagement strategy, which, if implemented at the early stages of project development will produce positive results. We can support with negotiations with stakeholders and can facilitate engagement events as necessary to meet relevant planning requirements and provide Consultation Feedback Reports where appropriate.

The following projects provide a snapshot overview of the range of projects we have worked on but cannot cover every example. Contact us to discuss our experience relevant to your specific needs.
